Windows doesn't detect the camera when you plug it into the USB port?

When you plug in the camera after installing the drivers and software, Windows will detect and begin to install the drivers for the Web Camera. If you are getting no response from Windows when you plug the camera in, this can be a sign that your USB port is not configured properly, disabled, or has malfunctioned. If your motherboard requires a cable to connect the USB port, make sure that it is plugged in correctly or if you are using a USB 2.0 adapter card, make sure the card has been installed properly.
If you are unsure of the proper configuration, please contact your system or motherboard manufacturer. If your USB Host Controller is not listed in the Device Manager, enable it in your system BIOS. Try using the camera on another system to verify the camera is working properly.

Why the Digital Video Capture Speed (DVC Speed) cann't mach to the speed described in exposition? Am I use it in the wrong way?

Many people have a mistake on the question. The main reason is they don't realize the difference between DVC Speed and VCD player's Speed. The difference shows in unit. Supplyers are often describe it by GIF. GIF is the standard resolution, which equal to 352
£ª288. With in such resolution, a camera can has a DVC Speed at 30 frames per second. Such description as fellow:
QSIF
£º160¡Á120£»
QCIF£º176¡Á144£»
SIF£º 320¡Á240£»
VGA£º 640¡Á480.
Actually, with QSIF or QCIF, a camera cah reach a DVC Speed at 30fps; SIF, CIF, 20 to 26fps; VGA, 10fps. If your camera's speed even below the above number, you would better complain about it.

*Touching, shaking or holding the aerial might influence the receiving of electromagnetic wave, And thereby influence the receiving effect.
¡ôDO NOT use several cameras with neighboring frequency working too close at the same time.
*The electromagnetic wave signal of the neighboring frequency might cause slight interferences and so influence the receiving effect.
¡ôDO NOT let several cameras with same frequency work at the same time.
*The overlap of the electromagnetic wave signal of the same frequency might cause severe interferences and so result in unable to receive signals.
¡ôPlease readjust the button of brightness on TV or on monitor till getting the optimum efficiency.
*There are slight differences of brightness among cameras you can adjust it by the brightness button.
¡ôDO NOT use the camera in complex environment. The obstruction of stumbling block will affect the electromagnetic wave and influence the receiving range.
